Occupational therapist led sleep support that works with your child, not against them.

Because if your baby isn’t sleeping, neither are you.

My Mission

I support overwhelmed parents with their baby or toddler’s sleep in a way that feels realistic and achievable. As an occupational therapist, I look beyond routines and schedules to consider regulation, sensory needs, emotional well-being, and the realities of busy family life. I aim to reduce the pressure, not add to it, so you can feel more confident, supported, and less alone.

About Me

Hi, I’m Lucy, a qualified sleep coach, occupational therapist, and mum of two.

I know first-hand how exhausting and overwhelming life can feel when sleep isn’t working. That experience, alongside my OT background, shapes how I support families by looking at the whole child, the family, and real day-to-day life, not sleep in isolation.

I work with parents who want practical, realistic sleep support without rigid rules or pressure to do things that don’t feel right for their child. My role isn’t to judge or overwhelm you with conflicting advice, but to offer clear guidance, reassurance, and a plan that genuinely fits your child, so you can move forward with confidence.

Sleep support

Sleep support isn’t one-size-fits-all. I offer personalised, responsive sleep support for babies and toddlers, tailored to your child’s stage and your family’s needs.
